At Desya, each abaya is prepared with care—steamed, finished, and packaged with attention to detail before dispatch. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and courier capacity.


Processing Time

All orders require a processing period before shipping.

During this time, your abaya is prepared, inspected, and packaged.

Processing Time: 3–7 working days

(This may vary slightly during peak seasons or new collection launches.)


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery within the UAE typically takes:

5–12 working days

For GCC countries, shipping usually takes:

5–15 working days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen delays.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the courier’s rates.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and name are entered correctly at checkout.

Desya is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients
  • re-delivery fees charged by the courier

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments

Desya is not liable for delays caused by the courier.

If your package appears delayed or stuck, we will support you in contacting the courier, but final delivery timelines are outside our control.


In rare cases of lost shipments, resolutions will be handled according to the courier’s policy.

 

Custom Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to:

  • customs inspection
  • VAT
  • duties or import charges

These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
