Returns

At Desya, each abaya is crafted with care and prepared upon order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

We kindly ask you to check your size, measurements, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • damaged,
  • defective, or
  • different from what you ordered,

you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at desyalabel@gmail.com or via Instagram @desyalabel.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos or videos of the issue.

 

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or correction if applicable.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our abayas are made with careful craftsmanship and prepared specifically for each customer, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:


  • Custom size abayas
  • Special-measurement orders
  • Sale items
  • Pre-order or made-to-order pieces
  • Any item that has been worn, altered, washed, or is not in its original condition.

These items are considered final sale.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges for standard sizes only, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Exchange requirements:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • The abaya is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • The replacement size is available in stock

 

Please note:

  • All shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order
  • Custom sizes and special measurements cannot be exchanged unless the error was on our end

To request an exchange, email us at desyalabel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

 

Refunds

Because Desya does not accept returns, refunds do not apply except in approved cases of damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item.

If a refund is approved due to an error on our end, the amount will be issued to your original payment method. All shipping costs will be covered by us. Banks or card providers may take 5–10 business days to process the refund.
